We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager


Clusjion is a software start-up that provides a digital solution for the co-creation of inclusive workplace culture and accelerates change. Clusjion digital service is designed to create insightful workplaces where every employer accesses the competence they hired and every employee can reach their full potential.

Clusjion was founded by Sarah McPhee (Chair Fjärde AP-fonden (AP4), Houdini Sportswear, SNS and non-executive manager Klarna, Bure, Axel Johnson Inc., former CEO SPP).

Clusjions primary clients are CEOs, HR managers and unit managers at medium-sized or large Swedish or International companies, but we also work with smaller companies, non-profit organizations and with opinion projects to increase inclusion in as many different parts of society as possible. Clusijon works data- and research-based and are now looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Our next employee will have the main responsibility for the digital sales process, work to identify new customers and will be an important part of growing Clusjion from this point forward.

…tailor offers to goal market

…create content for and manage lead generating digital campaigns

…identify new potential clients and opinion leaders focused on diversity and inclusion and reach out

…initiate, manage and close sales processes

Someone who…

…have experience in sales/account management.

…has a relevant education (marketing, sales, digital project management, e-commerce, service management or related field).

…is comfortable working in a strategic environment, setting clear sales goals and work towards reaching them.

…has a genuine interest in reaching out and connecting with other people, both digitally and in person.

…experienced in using analytics, PR, marketing and social media as means of communication.

…has great communication skills (English and Swedish). Speaking other languages is merit.

…finds the opportunity to be a part of a small team in a fast-moving, agile start-up environment energizing.

…finds it rewarding to have the opportunity to build a digital acquisition function from scratch and would like to lead an acquisitions team in the future.

…has an interest in creating more inclusive organizations, where everyone is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.


The position is a 6-month project appointment with the chance of extension. You will be working closely with the founding team/operations management (CEO and CPO) as well as the development team.
